Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

At Rivaaj Ethnic, your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are dedicated to providing a seamless shopping experience. Here's how we handle cancellations, exchanges, and refunds:

All of our products go through a thorough quality check before they are shipped. While we make every effort to deliver products exactly as shown, please be aware that slight variations in color or design may occur due to photography and display settings.


Return/Exchange:

  • To raise a request, please write to us at returnrivaajethnic@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 8446726463. Once your request is accepted, we will schedule a reverse pick-up.
  • You can raise a return/exchange request within 3 days from the date of delivery of the order.
  • Earrings and Dupattas are non-returnable/non-exchangeable.
  • In case of an exchange, we will send out the exchange product once we have received the returned product(s) in our warehouse in good condition. This process can take up to 10 to 12 working days.
  • You get one-time size exchange per customer. Please ensure to check the size chart before ordering.
  • We don't provide a reverse pick-up for international shipments.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are processed in the form of store credit, we do not offer cash refunds. Store credit is vaild for 3 months from the date of issuance.
  • If a defect is found at our end, we will exchange the product for you.
  • Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Cancellation:

  • An order is eligible for cancellation within 12 hours of order placement.
  • Amount for cancelled product is refunded in the form of store credit.
  • To initiate a request for cancellation, please write to us at above mentioned email id or contact number with your order number and request for cancellation mentioned in the subject.
